I enjoy working with people, taking their photos, getting them to laugh and making it a fun and relaxed time.
Whether we are in the bush, on the beach or somewhere in between, and especially on a couple’s wedding day.
Working with business people, models, musicians or sports people is also a favoured photographic subject.
I enjoy capturing great images for businesses to use in their sales and marketing.
I love to photograph nature and the world around us too.
I have a Blue Card and am always happy to work with children and animals.
I have a small drone and licence to fly for selected aerial work depending on safety and location.

PSQA (Accredited Judge)
Many years ago after gaining my AAPS & AFIAP with the Australian Photographic Society, I was asked to become a photography judge.
This took 6 months of training before I was allowed to judge on my own at camera clubs, exhibitions and competitions all over the country.
In 2021, 2022 and 2023 I helped to judge the photography section at the Ekka Show in Brisbane and the Mt Gravatt show in 2022.
As well as judging, I adore giving talks to camera clubs and at photography conferences. Topics I speak on are below. All talks are fully illustrated with PowerPoint presentations and lots of funny true stories.
All presentations require the host to supply a laptop with MS Powerpoint Software, projector and sound system. Each presentation has a question and answer time at the conclusion.

In 2023 I became the Chair of the Judge’s Executive Committee (JE) looking after the Photographic Judges in Queensland
and am the Current Vice President for the Photography Society of Queensland.
